Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this site, create an account or buy from Lanning Robotics ([legal name of the business]Fixture: not yet approved for publication). Creating an account or buying means you agree to them.

Give an email address that is yours, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. An account is for one person. You can delete it in Settings at any time.

Prices are in euros; [whether prices include VAT]Fixture: not yet approved for publication. Each payment buys one product or bundle, through Stripe. Your order is complete once the payment is confirmed, and we send the receipt to your email address. Refunds follow our refund policy.

A product's page says what it includes and whether anything is sent to you. The Lanning C1 Launch Bundle is digital: software, documentation and published designs. You source the parts and build the robot yourself.

Your downloads and courses are in your account, and you can download a purchase again later. Download links last a short time; your account gives you a new one. A refunded order's downloads and courses are no longer available.

A robot moves with force. Build and run it as its documentation says, within its safety envelope, and follow its safety notes. Changing the hardware or the software beyond what the documentation describes is at your own risk.

We support what we sell on the hardware and software its compatibility list declares, and a product is warranted to behave as documented there. Setups outside that list, undocumented hardware changes and heavily modified versions are not covered. Fixes come as a new release; a published release is never changed. Do not try to break or overload the site, get around its security, or reach other people's accounts or files.
